  1. Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  2. No returns on opened skincare or personal care items.

  3. Email dl@sunnyhorizons.org with your order number.

  4. Refunds go to the original payment method (shipping not refundable).

  5. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days.
